These initial outputs offer a comprehensive overview of how LMI is currently used in vocational training across the participating countries and set the foundation for the next steps of the project.

The Methodological Guide Has Been Validated

Our LMI4VET Guide is now final!

To ensure its practical value and real-world relevance, the Guide has been tested and validated with nearly 120 stakeholders, including trainers and staff of social organisations involved in vocational education.

Their feedback has contributed to refining the Guide into a robust tool that supports training providers in integrating LMI more effectively into their daily work.

Transnational Workshops in Frankfurt:
A Space for Shared Learning
As part of our latest Transnational Partner Meeting in Frankfurt, we organised an international workshop during the first afternoon of the event. The aim was to analyse common challenges in social and labour inclusion of vulnerable groups and to exchange good practices and intervention models.

This was a unique opportunity for participants to:

Connect with international peer organisations

Explore innovative approaches in employment promotion, VET, and social inclusion

Strengthen collaboration across regions and sectors

In total, 34 participants from 19 organisations joined the workshops.

The discussions highlighted shared barriers, national specificities, and emerging solutions—creating an excellent space for mutual learning and transnational cooperation.

Survey on the Use of LMI by TS/ETSPs:

One of the core activities of LMI4VET has been the design and implementation of a survey to assess:

How TS/ETSPs currently use Labour Market Information

The potential to improve planning of vocational training through LMI

This survey was co-designed and validated by all partners and their networks to ensure its relevance for each country.

We collected 146 responses across the five partner countries, surpassing our initial target of 125.

The preliminary results were presented during a dedicated workshop in Frankfurt with local stakeholders, who confirmed the value and relevance of the approach for training providers.

Mapping Tools and Good Practices:
European Evidence Base Consolidated
To better understand the European landscape, the consortium conducted an in-depth review of successful LMI and VET training tools, including:

Databases

Digital platforms

National and regional reports

Projects focused on labour inclusion and vocational training of vulnerable groups

Each partner mapped and analysed the most relevant tools in their context, also through interviews with key social partners.

All findings were consolidated into a European synthesis report, which now forms the evidence base for ongoing and future project activities.
